All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.
Defective or Damaged Items — Warranty Coverage:
We quality-check every item before shipping. If you receive a defective or damaged item, we will make it right.
Covered:
- Items damaged during shipping (dents, cracks, broken pieces upon arrival)
- Manufacturing defects (peeling, chipping, structural flaws)
Not covered:
- Damage caused by misuse or mishandling after delivery
- Normal wear and tear
- Accidental drops or impacts after receipt
To file a claim:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Send photos of the damage to info@evalettemiami.com
- We respond to all claims within 2-3 business days.
- We will offer a replacement or full refund at no cost to you
