All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

Defective or Damaged Items — Warranty Coverage:

We quality-check every item before shipping. If you receive a defective or damaged item, we will make it right.

Covered:

  • Items damaged during shipping (dents, cracks, broken pieces upon arrival)
  • Manufacturing defects (peeling, chipping, structural flaws)

Not covered:

  • Damage caused by misuse or mishandling after delivery
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Accidental drops or impacts after receipt

To file a claim:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Send photos of the damage to info@evalettemiami.com
  • We respond to all claims within 2-3 business days.
  • We will offer a replacement or full refund at no cost to you
